The purpose of these amendments is to: 1) amend Rule 51-3.1 to reduce the filing requirements of issuers registering securities by coordination and 2) amend Rule 51-3.7 to require issuers to file the Form D electronically through the North American Securities Administrators Association’s Electronic Filing Depository. |
