Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold Announces Year-End Hours of Service

Denver, December 18, 2019 – The Colorado Secretary of State's office will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24, Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, in observance of the holidays.

Due to yearly maintenance, our online services will be unavailable from: 11:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31, 2019, to the afternoon of Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2020. This will impact all online services, including filing and searching.

Please note, filing deadlines will not be extended.

Attention business filers:

The filing of paper forms, such as mergers, will be unavailable from 2 p.m., Dec. 31, 2019 until Jan. 2, 2020.

If a filing has an effective date of Dec. 30, Dec. 31 or Jan. 1, it should be submitted prior to Dec. 31, and include a delayed effective date.
