Secretary Williams, Sen. Coram to host town hall
DENVER, May 22, 2017 -- Colorado Secretary of State Wayne Williams and state Sen. Don Coram are hosting a town hall meeting in Montrose on Saturday to discuss the just completed legislative session and services provided by the secretary of state.
"I want input from Western Slope residents on how to serve their needs when it comes to elections, business, nonprofits and other issues," Williams said. "I am looking forward to hosting this event with one of our great Colorado lawmakers."
The Secretary of State’s office collects, secures and makes accessible a wide variety of public records; ensures the integrity of elections; and facilitates commerce.

That night, Secretary Williams will attend Ouray High School's senior banquet where he will hand out the Eliza Pickrell Routt award, given to Colorado high schools where 85 percent of eligible students have registered to vote.
