We will be doing our yearly maintenance during this time. This downtime will affect services, such as filing and searching. We will not extend filing deadlines.

11:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016, until noon on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017.

In addition, our office is closed Monday, Jan. 2, 2017 for the New Year's Day holiday.

Attention business filers

The filing of paper forms, such as mergers, will be unavailable from Dec. 31, 2016, until Jan. 3, 2017. If a filing has an effective date of Dec. 31, 2016, Jan. 1 or 2, 2017, it should be delivered to our office as early as possible Friday, Dec. 30, and include a delayed effective date.
