On June 21 the Secretary of State's Office Reopens at New Location

Denver, June 16, 2005 - Starting June 21 the Secretary of State's new address will be 1700 Broadway, Denver, CO 80290. The Secretary of State's office will be closed Monday, June 20 due to the office move, however citizens will still be able to file and search documents online at www.sos.state.co.us during the day of the move.

"We have worked very hard to make our new office location more convenient for our customers," Secretary of State Donetta Davidson said. "I am proud of our new location and am thrilled that we will save the citizens of the State of Colorado $100,000.00 per year in rent," Davidson added.

The new office has been designed to easily direct customers so they can be assisted quickly and efficiently. The divisions of the Secretary of State's office will have new suite numbers so citizens can quickly identify the division of the office that can best assist their needs. Please use the suite numbers listed below when visiting or sending correspondence to the Secretary of State's office.
