Q1. How do I request a waiver of a delinquent filing penalty?

A1. You may request a waiver of any outstanding penalties imposed on your lobbyist account by completing the Request to waive imposed penalty (PDF) form. Sign, date, and return the form by email to lobbyists@coloradosos.gov . You will not be able to renew your lobbyist registration for the next registration period until all penalties are resolved through payment or by granting of a waiver.
