Games Manager - Bingo and Raffles Training (Estimated time: 4 hours)
This course is intended to prepare individuals for certification as a Bingo, Raffles, and Pull-tab Games Manager.
By the end of this training, you should be able to:
- Help your organization run games properly
- Conduct Raffle, Bingo, and Pull-tab events lawfully
- Submit a Games Manager certification application
You can become certified to run all three types of events, or be certified as a Raffle Games Manager only. If you wish to be certified to run only Raffles, please choose " Raffles Only Games Manager Training."

This video will help you make better use of business filing data available on the Colorado Information Marketplace (CIM). There are four different data sets updated daily on CIM from our business database: (1) business entities in Colorado, (2) trade names for businesses in Colorado, (3) trademarks for businesses in Colorado, and (4) business entity transaction history.

Secure business filing (Estimated time: 5 minutes)
The Secretary of State’s secure business filing system allows business entities to protect their records with a password.
By the end of this training video, you should be able to understand:
- The purpose of secure business filing
- How to set up secure business filing for a new entity
- You can create an account immediately upon registration
- How to set up secure business filing for an existing entity
- This requires requesting a PIN mailed to the principal office address
- Once the PIN is received, you need to set up a password and email address
- How to log in with secure business filing to file a form
Starting a business in Colorado | Comenzando un negocio en Colorado

The Secretary of State’s office is the filing office for business names. This tutorial will walk through the online filing process. In this module you will learn how to:

Colorado Notary Public Examination - RULONA (Estimated time: 1 hour)
This is an open book examination. Accordingly, you are permitted to use any materials you received in your notary training course as well as RULONA, 24-21-501, C.R.S., et seq. Additional resources can be found on our the Notary Home Page under Help & Resources.
This exam must be completed individually. Reports of collaboration may result in permanent revocation of your notary commission or failure to be appointed to the notary office.
At the conclusion of this exam, you will have an opportunity to review any questions that you may have answered incorrectly. To pass this examination, you must receive a score of 80% or higher. After passing the exam, a link will be available to save or print your certificate. You will be required to submit a certificate of successful completion with your notary application and/or renewal.
Colorado Notary Public Training - RULONA (Estimated time: 4 hours)
This is the Colorado Secretary of State's eLearning notary training course. Each new and renewing notary must complete training and show proof of training when applying or renewing. It’s encouraged to take notes while reviewing the training.
This eLearning covers seven modules with short quizzes:

Colorado Remote Notary Training & Exam – RULONA (Estimated time: 2 hours)
This is the Colorado Secretary of State’s eLearning remote notary training and exam course. This training and exam must be completed individually. Each new and renewing remote notary must complete the course and show proof of completion when applying or renewing.
This eLearning covers the training and exam modules with helpful information:
