In this role, you will be a valued member of the Information Technology (IT) Division, which provides continuous commitment in delivering innovative, cost-effective, and secure Information Technology solutions that support the unique and individual goals of all divisions within the Department. Working in the IT Help Desk unit, you will serve as a first line of support for staff and some external customers before escalating tickets to the infrastructure and development teams.
