Violation of Public Contracts

Colorado law requires state agencies and political subdivisions to notify the Colorado Secretary of State when:

  1.  A contractor violates certain provisions of a public contract for services; and
     
  2. The state agency or political subdivision terminates the contract.

Upon notification, the Colorado Secretary of State will publish a list of such contractors, the state agency/political subdivision that terminated the contract, and the date of termination. (8-17.5-102, C.R.S.)

 

There are no reported violations at this time.
