The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes regarding regulating energy consumption, and, in connection therewith, prohibiting the state, local governments, and special districts from adopting a law, ordinance, rule, resolution, or code that prohibits or discriminates against the connection or reconnection of an energy source for cooking, hot water systems, generators, cooling systems, or heating systems based on the type of energy to be delivered to an individual consumer and declaring energy consumption a matter of statewide, and not local, concern.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
