The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning prohibiting the intentional death or disability of any child from conception through emancipation, and, in connection therewith, extending criminal liability to crimes against a preborn child from conception through birth; and authorizing the Colorado attorney general, district attorneys, and local law enforcement agencies to enforce the prohibition on intentionally causing the death or disability of a child.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
Shall there be a change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning prohibiting the intentional death or disability to any “living human child” from conception through emancipation, and, in connection therewith, defining "living human child" as any living human being from conception through adulthood; requiring the permanent closure and revocation of all permits and licenses for any facility, business, or practicing medical personnel engaged in or facilitating the intentional death or disability of any living human child; extending criminal liability to crimes against a preborn child from conception through birth; and authorizing the Colorado attorney general, district attorneys, local law enforcement agencies, local municipalities, city councils, and individual county commissioners to enforce the prohibition on intentionally causing the death or disability of a living human child?
