The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning discontinuing the issuance of new oil and gas operation permits by December 31, 2030, and, in connection therewith, requiring the phase-out of new oil and gas operation permits while allowing permitted oil and gas operations to continue.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

Shall there be a change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning discontinuing the issuance of new oil and gas operation permits by December 31, 2030, and, in connection therewith, requiring the phase-out of new oil and gas operation permits while allowing permitted oil and gas operations to continue?
