The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning charter schools, and, in connection therewith, repealing a school district's ability to retain exclusive authority to approve charter schools; allowing the charter school institute to approve new schools; and establishing membership requirements and qualifications for the charter school institute's board members.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
