The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes allowing unaffiliated voters to vote for any major political party’s candidates in any primary election, and, in connection therewith, creating a new combined primary election ballot for unaffiliated voters and allowing an unaffiliated voter to vote for one candidate for each office regardless of political party.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
