The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning a parent’s right to review public school records and any materials their child had access to, and, in connection therewith, defining “public school records” to include any and all records related to the child and instructional materials the child has access to in the public school library, an online resource curated for the school, in the classroom, or at any extracurricular event that the child has access to; requiring the records to be made available within 3 days after submitting a request to the school; and defining "public school" to mean any preschool through secondary school that receives state or federal funds.
