The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning any voter initiative or voter referendum measure that affects property tax revenues of a local government by adjusting a property tax assessment rate or mill levy rate, and in connection therewith, requiring any such measure to be decided only in a local election and prohibiting any such measure from being submitted to a statewide vote.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

The Board determined that this proposed initiative adds language to the Colorado Constitution and will require a 55% vote to pass.
