The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning voter registration through driver's license examination facilities, and, in connection therewith, requiring automatic registration of any individual who is legally qualified to vote in Colorado and who applies or has applied within the last five years for the issuance, renewal, or correction of a driver's license or state-issued identification card; and requiring the secretary of state to send such an individual notice of the automatic registration and the processes by which the individual may decline to be registered or adopt a political party affiliation.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
