The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

STATE TAXES SHALL BE INCREASED $333.5 MILLION ANNUALLY BY A CHANGE TO THE COLORADO REVISED STATUTES TO IMPOSE AN ADDITIONAL STATE SALES AND USE TAX OF 0.3 CENTS PER DOLLAR SPENT TO FUND TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS, AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, DIRECTING THE NEW TAX REVENUE TO THE HIGHWAY USERS TAX FUND FOR ALLOCATION TO THE STATE FOR TRANSPORTATION SAFETY AND CONGESTION RELIEF PROJECTS, PART OF WHICH MUST BE SPENT IN EACH STATE TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT EVERY 3 YEARS, BUT EXCLUDING DIRECT FUNDING OF TOLL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS; AND REQUIRING PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF SPECIFIC PROJECTS FUNDED FROM THE STATE'S ALLOCATED REVENUES.
