The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning the state minimum wage, and, in connection therewith, increasing the state minimum wage for regular employees in annual increments to $10.10 per hour by 2019, and adjusting it annually for inflation thereafter and increasing the amount of tip income that may be used to offset the minimum wage of tipped employees in annual increments to $4.81 per hour by 2019.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
