An amendment to the Colorado constitution prohibiting the granting of a license to conduct casino-style gambling, including video lottery terminals, if the granting of the license results in the licensee having a monopoly within any county on one or more types of casino-style gambling to be offered by the licensee.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

Shall there be an amendment to the Colorado constitution prohibiting the granting of a license to conduct casino-style gambling, including video lottery terminals, if the granting of the license results in the licensee having a monopoly within any county on one or more types of casino-style gambling to be offered by the licensee?
