The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado revised statutes concerning support by Colorado’s legislative representatives for a federal constitutional amendment to limit political campaign contributions and spending, and, in connection therewith, instructing Colorado’s congressional delegation to propose and support, and the members of Colorado’s state legislature to ratify, an amendment to the United States constitution that overturns the decision of the United States supreme court in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, establishes that corporations are not people with the same constitutional rights as natural persons, and permits restrictions on the use of corporate treasury funds in political spending.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
