The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado Constitution concerning the composition of state Senate districts, and, in connection therewith, generally requiring each state Senate district to comprise two intact neighboring counties, but requiring the most populous counties to each comprise a single state Senate district as necessary to achieve the requisite number of state Senate districts.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
