The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning the manner in which a candidate for public office qualifies for the general election ballot, and, in connection therewith, requiring all candidates for a particular office to participate in one primary election at which any registered elector may vote for any candidate without regard for the political party affiliation or unaffiliated status of the registered elector or the candidate and requiring that only the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes in the primary election be placed on the general election ballot for the office.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
