The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado Revised Statutes allowing a non-citizen resident of
Colorado who does not provide proof of lawful presence in the United States to obtain a Colorado driver’s license by establishing proof of identity and Colorado residency with a Colorado tax return, a federal individual tax identification number, and an identifying document issued by his or her country of origin.
