The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning a prohibition against government control of rents on private property, and, in connection therewith, prohibiting the state, a municipality, or any other kind of governmental entity from controlling rents on private property by any means, including any statute, ordinance, resolution, or other legal restriction.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
