The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning recognition of marriages, and, in connection therewith, declaring any union between two consenting adults to be valid or recognized as a marriage in Colorado, while preserving the general assembly's authority to impose gender-neutral restrictions on the validity or recognition of marriages.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
