The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado Revised Statutes directing the executive director of the department of corrections to refer an inmate to a community corrections program if the inmate is at least thirty years of age, has displayed acceptable institutional behavior, and was sentenced as an adult for a crime committed when the inmate was a juvenile.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
