The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning a declaration and request by the people of Colorado that all elected public officials of the state oppose the adoption or ratification of any United Nations treaty or other binding international agreement that impairs, restricts, or regulates the right to keep and bear arms, as described in section 13 of the Bill of Rights of the state constitution.
