The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado state constitution concerning a declaration and request by the people of Colorado that all elected officials of the state oppose the adoption or ratification of any international agreement that impairs, restricts, or regulates any right that is guaranteed by a provision of the Bill of Rights in article II of the state constitution.
