The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning labor relations, and, in connection therewith, providing that the people of this state have the right to freely belong to labor unions, to participate in labor elections, and to authorize a labor union to engage in collective bargaining on their behalf; and providing civil and administrative penalties for employers who violate these rights.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
Shall there be an amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning labor relations, and, in connection therewith, providing that the people of this state have the right to freely belong to labor unions, to participate in labor elections, and to authorize a labor union to engage in collective bargaining on their behalf; and providing civil and administrative penalties for employers who violate these rights?
