The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning the prohibition of nuclear weapons, and, in connection therewith, prohibiting the location of nuclear weapons within Colorado, declaring Colorado to be a nuclear weapons free zone, and making it a felony punishable by a mandatory minimum sentence of thirty years in a maximum security prison before probation or parole for anyone elected from Colorado to vote in favor of nuclear weapons research, testing, or maintenance.
