The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning a requirement for voter approval of any fee increase for a license issued by the division of wildlife to a Colorado resident, and, in connection therewith, prohibiting the general assembly from increasing such fees absent a recommendation to do so by the wildlife commission and specifying notification procedures regarding the proposed increase.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
