The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
Amendments to the Colorado constitution and the Colorado revised statutes concerning the repeal of constitutional provisions approved in 2000 that require increased state funding for public education from preschool through the twelfth grade, and, in connection therewith, repealing statutory provisions implementing such constitutional provisions.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
