The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning government regulation of smoking, and, in connection therewith, repealing the 2006 “Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act”; authorizing smoking in certain indoor areas where smoking was prohibited by the Act; reenacting prohibitions against smoking in certain public places that were in effect prior to The Act; and reenacting authority for local governments to regulate smoking within their jurisdictions.
