The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning a prohibition against deducting moneys from the wages of a school district employee for political activities, and, in connection therewith, prohibiting a school district from deducting money from the wages of its employees to be paid directly or indirectly to specified political persons or organizations and prohibiting specified organizations from accepting such money; prohibiting a school district from deducting from the wages of a school district employee any money to be used by a labor organization for a political purpose and prohibiting a labor organization from accepting such money; requiring that money illegally deducted from an employee be refunded; establishing a fine for the knowing and intentional violation of the measure; and establishing a private right of action with a two-year statute of limitations for fines, restitution, or injunctive relief.
