The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning resident hunting and fishing fees, and, in connection therewith, requiring the wildlife commission and the general assembly to obtain voter approval to increase fees for resident hunting and fishing, requiring the wildlife commission and the general assembly to approve proposed fee increases before submitting the question to the voters, and stating that such prohibitions and procedures do not apply to nonresident license fees.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
