Colorado law requires certain candidates and elected/appointed public officials/officeholders to file a statement containing basic information about their income and liabilities.

- Bingo-Raffle Advisory Board
- CU Regents
- District Attorney
- Gaming Commission
- General Assembly (State Senate & State House of Representative)
- Governor
- Justices and Judges
- Lt. Governor
- Lottery Commission
- PERA Board of Trustees
- Racing Commission
- Secretary of State
- State Board of Education
- State Treasurer
These disclosure statements are available to the general public and media. To request a copy of a Personal Financial Disclosure Statement, for a specific individual or group of individuals, send an email to CPFHelp@coloradosos.gov.
The following information is required for us to complete a request:
Requestor’s Information:
- First and Last name,
- If request is submitted on behalf of a business / entity then the name of the business / entity,
- Address (including city, state, and zip code),
- Phone number, and
- E-mail address
Candidate / Public Official Information (whose PFD is being requested):
- First and Last Name,
- Office(s) Sought/held (e.g. Governor, State Senate, Racing Commission), and
- Year(s) (e.g. 2008; 2017 through 2021)

Note: Most requests are filled within one to three business days; however, large requests may require additional time to complete.
