- State Issue Committees whose issue does not attempt access to or appears on the November 4, 2025 Coordinated / Biennial School Election ballot.

*Any party or committee participating in the November 4, 2025, Biennial School Election must file disclosure reports according to the 2025 Biennial School Election schedule. You must notify Campaign Finance Support to update your filing schedule immediately upon participation.

Supplemental report requirements & additional notes
Supplemental reports may be required depending on your political activity.
- Small-Scale Issue Committees are not required to file disclosure reports until they exceed $5,000 in activity. For more details, please review 1-45-108(1.5) and (2), C.R.S.
- Regular biennial school electioneering communication (if the communication mentions school board candidates) period starts 60 days (September 5, 2025) before the Biennial School Election and concludes the day before the election. If you are a registered committee, this will appear on your regular report.
- 24-hour notice of major contributor (MC) report period starts 30 days (October 5, 2025) before the Biennial School Board Election and concludes the day before the election. Reports are due within 24 hours of receiving a major contribution. Applies to candidate committees whose office appears on the Biennial School Board Election ballot. Political parties are not required to file this report during odd-calendar years.
- 48-hour notice of independent expenditure (IE) report period starts 30 days (October 5, 2025) before the Biennial School Election and concludes the day before the election. Report is due within 48 hours of obligating funds and / or spending. Only applies to Independent Expenditure Committees.
