2024 County Frequent Filing Calendar
Primary Election: Tuesday, June 25, 2024
General Election: Tuesday, November 5, 2024
This calendar applies to (refer to Campaign Finance Rule 17):
- County candidates and candidate committees whose office appears on the 2024 Primary and/or General Election ballot
- County Issue committees whose issue attempts access to or appears on the 2024 General Election ballot
- County Political Parties (PP)
- County Political Committees (PC)
- County Small Donor Committees (SDC)
- County 527 Political Organizations (527)
- County Independent Expenditure Committees (IEC)
Please note:
- Electioneering Communication (EC) mentions candidates and are part of the regularly scheduled reports for registered committees. EC reports do not apply to Issue Committees.
- 24-Hour Major Contributor Reports do not apply to PCs, 527s and IECs.
- 48-Hour Independent Expenditure Reports only apply to IECs.
Small-Scale Issue Committees (SSIC) file disclosure reports once they exceed $5,000 in activity. After filing an initial disclosure report and converting to an Issue Committee, they are subject to the disclosure requirements of 1-45-108, C.R.S.
