General Election: Tuesday, November 5, 2024

This calendar applies to (refer to Campaign Finance Rule 17):

• County candidates and candidate committees whose office does not appear on the June 25, 2024 Primary or November 5, 2024 General Election ballots.
• County Issue Committees (IC) whose issue does not attempt access to or appear on the November 5, 2024 General Election ballot.

Please note:

• Electioneering Communication (EC) mentions candidates and are part of the regularly scheduled reports for registered committees. EC reports do not apply to Issue Committees.
• 24-Hour Major Contributor Reports do not apply to PCs, 527s and IECs.
• 48-Hour Independent Expenditure Reports only apply to IECs.
• An annual report must be filed by committees that remain open (e.g. those not yet terminated) no later than the first business day of the month in which the anniversary of the election occurs.
• School Board candidates and their committees file on the state schedule and file quarterly in the years their office does not appear on the ballot.

Small-Scale Issue Committees (SSIC) are not required to file disclosure reports until they exceed $5,000 in activity. After filing an initial disclosure report and converting to an Issue Committee, they are subject to the disclosure requirements of 1-45-108, C.R.S.
