Secretary of State Bernie Buescher consolidated the Business and Licensing Divisions into a single Business and Licensing Division on November 4, 2010.  This merger was implemented in order to facilitate more coordinated, efficient, and accurate service.  The consolidation of the Business and Licensing pages into one user-friendly home page will likely occur within the next few months.
