On July 31 and August 1, 2010, our office experienced some technical issues that caused an outage of the online filing system.

If you tried to file an annual report on Saturday, July 31, 2010, and received an error message, you can return to the system and file online without the late fee until Friday, August 6, 2010 at 5:00 PM. If you tried to file an annual report on July 31, 2010, and subsequently filed the annual report, we will automatically refund the late fee.

If you tried to renew a trade name or trademark on Saturday, July 31, 2010, please call or e-mail us.
