The Secretary of State's Office will be closed on November 26, 2009, and November 27, 2009, for the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will reopen at 8:00 AM on Monday, November 30, 2009.

As an alternative to in-person service, the Business Division of the Secretary of State’s Office offers many of our services online, often at a reduced fee. Access to these online services is ordinarily available around-the-clock, except for periods of scheduled maintenance, calendar year-end reprogramming, and occasional unexpected outages beyond our control.
