More Online Transactions for $0.99 Starting January 26th

On Wednesday, January 26, 2005, the Business Division will Web-enable online filings of

  • Amended and restated articles of incorporation for an article 55 cooperative
  • Amended and restated articles of incorporation for an article 56 cooperative
  • Amended and restated articles of association for a limited partnership association
  • Articles of amendment to articles of incorporation for an article 55 cooperative
  • Articles of amendment to articles of incorporation for an article 56 cooperative
  • Articles of amendment to articles of association for a limited partnership association
  • Articles of dissolution for an article 55 cooperative
  • Articles of dissolution for an article 56 cooperative
  • Articles of dissolution for a limited partnership association

For a limited time, the introductory processing fee for filing these documents online is 99¢!

To file any of these documents online for 99¢,

  1. On the Business Division's Homepage, refer to the column labeled “BUSINESS INFORMATION” and click on “File a business document (Take me to forms)”;
  2. On the “File a Document” page, click on 'File a document affecting an existing Secretary of State record';
  3. Search for the reserved name you wish to find;
  4. Confirm the reserved name;
  5. On the “Information on File” page, click on “File a Document” located near the bottom of the page;
  6. On the “Documents Available for Filing” page, click on the document title; and
  7. Complete the form and follow the onscreen instructions.

You may pay the 99¢ processing fee either by credit card or by using a prepaid account. When the transaction is complete, you may obtain a free certificate of good standing online!
