On Wednesday, December 1, 2004, the Business Division will Web-enable online filings of:
- Articles of dissolution for a profit corporation
- Articles of dissolution for a nonprofit corporation
- Articles of dissolution for a limited liability company
- Statement of dissolution for an article 62 partnership
- Statement of withdrawal of registration statement for a LLP
- Statement of withdrawal of registration statement for a LLLP
- Statement of withdrawal of trade name
For a limited time, the introductory processing fee for filing online is 99¢!
To file any of these documents online for 99¢,
- On the Business Division's Homepage, refer to the column labeled “BUSINESS INFORMATION” and click on “File a business document (Take me to forms)”;
- On the “File a Document” page, click on 'File a document affecting an existing Secretary of State record';
- Search for the entity you wish to find;
- Confirm the entity;
- On the “Information on File” page, click on “File a Document” located near the bottom of the page;
- On the “Documents Available for Filing” page, click on the document title; and
- Complete the form and follow the onscreen instructions.
You may pay the 99¢ processing fee either by credit card, or by using a prepaid account.
We will provide further updates as we Web-enable online filing of more business organization documents for the limited time, introductory processing fee of 99¢.
