Q1. Why does the website look different for filing some forms and not others? When are you going to update the rest of the website?

A1. We’re currently updating our website, so some filings may look different than others. This is a multi-year process our office is undertaking to make business filings more user-friendly.

Q2. Why can’t I find sample forms for some documents?

A2. We are phasing out sample forms and replacing them with checklists that people can use to gather information prior to filing documents.

The checklist can be found at the beginning of each filing and on the forms list.
