How long is the class?

The raffle-only portion of the class is presented first and takes approximately two (2) hours.

The entire class, including both bingo and raffle training, is approximately four (4) hours.

The class duration also depends on the number of people attending and how many questions there are.

Is there anything else that I should do to prepare for the class?

If you are new to bingo and pull tab games, become more familiar with gaming operations and terminology before attending a training class. You might try volunteering to assist in a game, or attending a bingo game as a customer.

Can I use notes or reference materials during the test?

If you did not pass the test, you will be notified by mail within 7 to 10 business days.

Can I try again if I did not pass the test? Do I have to pay another fee?

You can attend another training class and take the test again.

If you paid the fee on your first attempt, you do not have to pay again.

How long is my certificate valid?

Your certificate is valid for four (4) years.

Can I call if I have other questions?
