How many members are there?
The Colorado charitable gaming board consists of seven (7) members:
- Three (3) members of the board are bona fide members of a bingo-raffle licensee that is classified as:
- a religious organization,
- a charitable organization,
- a labor organization,
- a veterans’ organization,
- a fraternal organization, or
- a voluntary firefighter's organization
- No more than one member will be appointed from each classification.
- One (1) member of the board is a landlord licensee.
- One (1) member of the board is a supplier licensee.
- One (1) member of the board is a registered elector of the state. This person is not employed by or an officer or director of a licensee, does not have a financial interest in any license, and does not have an active part in the conduct of or management of games of chance by any bingo-raffle licensee, and
- One member of the board must be the Secretary of State’s designee.
