| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the Executive Director adopting new and revised Per-Child Rate and Funding rules for the Colorado Preschool Program (UPK) was to establish a reasonable allocation of overhead/indirect costs, and provide technical revisions to the per-child rate formula that allows the Department to set rates based on available funding, inflation, and several other economic factors. |
