The Colorado Office of Natural Medicine will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on May 3, 2024, at 9:30 A.M. to receive testimony before the Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations (“Director”) and the Program Director of the Colorado Natural Medicine Advisory Board (“Board”) decide on proposed new rules to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-290. |

The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing was to allow stakeholders a final opportunity to testify before the Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations (“Director”) decided whether to adopt proposed new rules to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-290. |
